RICHARD KESHIAN
Dick Keshian was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1958. He is a founder and shareholder of Keshian & Reynolds, P.C. as well as a retired Major of the United States Marine Corps. Dick has served as the past President of both the Massachusetts Association of Bank Counsel and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
He has also served as Chairman of the Real Estate Bar Association’s Title Standards Committee and is a former member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Property Law Council. Dick currently serves as a member of the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Lawyer Title Guaranty Funds. He is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in cases involving commercial and construction law. He has served as chairman of the Arlington Zoning Board of Appeals.

Dick was also an instructor of Business Law and Real Estate Law at George Washington University College of General Studies and a former instructor of Real Estate Law at the Institute of Financial Education. He is a frequent lecturer at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Association of Bank Counsel and the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. Dick received his B.S. degree in Business and Government and his J.D. from Boston University.
